limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product

physical art piece. Ownership is transferred to you upon successful payment and delivery of the product.
You acknowledge that the colors of the prints as displayed on your computer monitor may vary slightly
from the actual colors of the print.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole
discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These
restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card,
and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
6. Fees and Payments
All purchases on Homer Events are subject to fees as described on our website. You
agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in connection with your use of our services. Payments are
processed through secure third-party payment providers, and we do not store your payment information.
All transactions are encrypted for your security and privacy.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.

immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any discrepancy, you agree to
contact us for resolution before taking any action.
